So, here I am in Seoul having spent a week in Wonju promoting EyeSkills courtesy of BioSaxony.ev and WMIT along with a host of scientists from the Fraunhofer Institute.  It’s been a very intense week, with interest from a local hospital, LG and a manufacturer of medical prototypes.

Why are we talking to medical prototype manufacturers?  Vision may, mostly, be in the mind – but it still depends on the eyes. We are finding that existing VR headsets just aren’t optimal for helping clinicians dig into the details of what is happening with a participant.  Whether a Korean collaboration is the way forward is still unknown, but having already met with LG (at their astonishing Science Park in Seoul), I’ll be travelling to Osong to talk to another medical device manufacturer and learn more about what is possible.

Would you like to beta test EyeSkills* or just follow what we are doing?
